Section 40
Debenture Trustee Charges
: (1) The Debenture Trustee may charge a service fee from the Company for acting as a Debenture Trustee. The amount of such service fee will be as per the agreement between the debenture trustee and the related company.
(2) The Debenture Trustee may recover from the concerned company the actual expenses incurred in doing any work on behalf of the debenture holder or the company, in the valuation, seizure or auction sale of the assets of the company.
